Speaking about Conditional Access at the Workplace Ninja Usergroup München on Thursday January 21st 2021

On Thursday, January 21st 2021 I’m honored to announce that I will be speaking at the Workplace Ninja Usergroup München meetup. The Workplace Ninja User Group München is run by Christian Lehrer, @chri_tea on Twitter and Maren Beuth.

The meeting will start at 19:00 Central European Time, click here to find out at what time the Meetup starts in your timezone. You can join the meeting by RSVP’ing to the event on the Meetup Page of the Workplace Ninja Usergroup München, here: #4 Meetup – Workplace Ninjas Usergroup München

Other speaker at the event will be Sandy Zeng, @sandy_tsang on Twitter, who is an Enterprise Mobility MVP living in  Finland.

My session will be about: Azure AD Conditional Access Demystified, a topic on which I already presented before and written some extensive blog articles about as well.

Abstract of the session: In July 2016 Microsoft made Conditional Access generally available. Since that time I had a love and hate relationship with this functionality of Azure AD. Mainly because it’s difficult to test scenario’s and some changes can have a really high impact. I even experienced being locked out of accessing the Azure portal during one of my tests. In this session I will share my experiences about implementing Conditional Access at several customers, I will explain what went wrong so you don’t have to make the same mistakes. I further will cover how to design, implement, test and troubleshoot Conditional Access policies and last but not least, I will share my own Conditional Access policy baseline which I use as a starting point for every implementation. Because sharing is caring.

I hope to (virtually) meet you there!
